1 ready avocado
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 little clove garlic, ground
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 pound enormous crude shrimp (16-20 count), stripped and deveined
2 tablespoons sans salt Cajun flavor mix
8 corn tortillas, warmed 2 cups icy mass lettuce, cleaved
½ cup new cilantro leaves
½ cup arranged pico de gallo.
Directions
Preheat barbecue to medium-high. Crush avocado with a fork in a little bowl. Add lime juice, garlic and salt and mix to join. Wipe shrimp off. Throw the shrimp with Cajun preparing in a medium bowl. String onto four 10-to 12-inch metal sticks. Barbecue, turning once, until the shrimp are simply cooked through, around 4 minutes absolute.
Serve the shrimp in tortillas, finished off with the guacamole, lettuce, cilantro and pico de gallo.
